Cajun Biohacking Est. Louisiana
Energy Recovery & Performance Coaching

Your body is running on old survival code. Let's rewrite it.

Cajun Biohacking is a practical system for reclaiming the energy that fear, poor nutrition, isolation, and old wounds have been quietly draining from you — built on real physiology, not willpower alone.

What Is Biohacking?

Using science to optimize what your body already knows how to do.

Biohacking is the practice of using science, environment, and daily habits to optimize physical and mental performance. For the people I work with, it's rarely about chasing an edge — it's about healing first, then building real, lasting energy back up from there, one small and repeatable habit at a time.

This work draws heavily on the biohacking research of Dave Asprey, the "Father of Biohacking," whose work on the Five Forces and the Reset Process forms the backbone of the framework I coach people through.

The Core Framework

The Five Forces: The Gateways to Truth

Every human runs on five biological imperatives, processed in the same order every time, whether you're aware of it or not: Fear, Food, Fertility, Friendship, and Forgiveness. Move through all five, in order, and something shifts — not just in your mindset, but in your body and your relationships.

The Reset Process

An 8-step way to actually release what's still triggering you.

Old wounds and hard memories don't lose their grip because you decide to "let it go." The Reset Process is a structured 8-step practice for naming what's triggering you, feeling it fully, and genuinely releasing it — instead of burying it deeper.

Daily Habits & Tools

The small, repeatable practices that add up.

Cold Exposure

Cold Plunges & Cryotherapy

Cold exposure stimulates the vagus nerve, strengthens immune response, and increases dopamine. Used consistently, it builds mental resilience alongside physical recovery.

Nervous System

Breathwork

From box breathing to Wim Hof method — intentional breathwork lowers anxiety, improves oxygen efficiency, and gives you a direct lever on your own nervous system.

Nutrition

Clean, Intentional Eating

Whole foods, hydration, and mindful eating. Food is information — every bite tells your cells how to behave. Small, sustainable swaps beat extreme overhauls.

Recovery

Sleep Optimization

An early wind-down, no screens before bed, and a consistent routine. Sleep is where most of your physical and cognitive recovery actually happens.

Light

Red Light Therapy

Red and near-infrared light support mitochondrial function and cell regeneration — a daily, low-effort tool for reducing inflammation and speeding recovery.

Circadian Rhythm

Blue Light Management

Blocking blue light after sunset protects melatonin production. One of the simplest changes with the most noticeable effect on sleep and next-day energy.

Grounding

Earthing

Direct, skin-to-earth contact — walking barefoot on grass or soil — is linked to reduced inflammation and better sleep. Simple, free, and easy to overlook.

Renewal

Intentional Fasting

Structured fasting isn't just a metabolic tool — used intentionally, it builds the same discipline muscle that carries over into every other habit on this list.

Why This Work

Adding life to your years, not just years to your life.

This isn't about optimizing for its own sake. It's about recovering the energy, clarity, and capacity that stress, old habits, and unresolved fear have quietly been costing you — so you can show up sharper, recover faster, and actually be present for the people and work that matter to you.
