My Story

My Recovery Journey

This framework exists because I lived it first. Here's the honest version of where it started.

[Personalize this section with your real story. The original version described your recovery beginning the moment you admitted you couldn't do it alone, and that reaching out for help and community brought you to a new life. Keep whatever level of detail feels right to share publicly — specificity is what makes a story land, but you decide how much.]

Renewal

Real change starts with an honest look at yourself. I learned to let go of control I never actually had, and to trust that healing is a daily practice, not a one-time event.

Connection

Recovery isn't a solo mission. I found healing by connecting with people who understood what I was going through. Sharing honestly, listening, and showing up for one another kept me grounded — and still does. This is the Friendship force in practice, long before I had a name for it.

Endurance & Purpose

Through fitness, running, and daily discipline, I learned that endurance isn't just physical. Every mile and every morning routine is proof of how far you've come — and progress matters more than perfection.

Hope for Others

If you're struggling, you're not alone. Help exists, and your story isn't over. I don't speak for any program or method — I just believe recovery is possible for anyone willing to take the first step, and that the tools on this site can be part of getting there.
